Pamela White - Broker / Owner
Pamela grew up in Glencoe, Minnesota and moved to Hutchinson in 1991, when she married Craig, co-owner of White Construction of Hutchinson, Inc. She is the mother of three beautiful children Mikayla, Madeline, and Nicholas. She resides in the country just outside of Hutchinson. She enjoys the sanctuary of a simple country life, spending time with her husband and children, horseback riding, gardening, a trip to the lake and every once in a while - doing absolutely nothing at all.
Her philosophy: Dream, Believe, Dare, Do.
Pamela entered the real estate profession with over 12 years experience in business ownership and management of several successful companies. Experienced in multiple real estate transactions, she began to develop a concept for a new kind of Real Estate Company. A company that agents would aspire to work for and be proud to be a part of.
Her dream was to create a company that inspired consumers with innovative ideas and a refreshing approach to the home buying and selling process. Providing clients with a truly unique and rewarding experience.
That dream was realized in 2003, when she founded Coldwell Banker Advantage.
Pamela's areas of expertise are luxury, lakeshore, investment and new home developments.
